Once our course and workshop dates and prices are published online you can follow these steps to enrol via our Kriya online booking system or email us directly and we can send you a booking link.

How to Enrol:

  • Select the BOOK NOW button for the course or workshop you wish to enrol in.

  • You will be taken to our Kriya booking system webpage

  • Login in if you already have an account with Kriya or select the grey circle in the top right corner to create an account

  • Select the date of the course and select your chosen course time to purchase the workshop pass.

  • We do offer makeup classes on our timetable if you miss a class as part of any of our weekly courses (no refunds)

BEGINNERS YOGA WORKSHOP PACKAGE with Dom

iyengar yoga Beginners course

Ready to start – or continue- your yoga journey? We’re excited to announce our next Beginners II Iyengar Yoga course, taught by the wonderful Clare. This 6-week course is designed to deepen your experience of yoga poses, to remind you of the transformative power of Iyengar yoga, further focusing on aligning your body, calming your mind, and relieving stress through breath awareness. Also suitable for new students to Iyengar Yoga!
