COMING TO CLASS:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Lycra or cotton leggings and shorts, draw string trousers, T- shirts and sweat shirts are ideal
Please try to arrive 10 minutes before the class start time
Please switch off all mobile phones and leave your shoes at the front door before entering the class
Prior to starting the class, advise your teacher if you have any health problems, injuries or are menstruating or pregnant
If it is your first time at the studio you will need to fill out a waiver form
All mats and equipment are provided so just bring yourself!
Practice with an open mind and respect for all fellow students
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations and reschedules done anytime UP TO 2 hours before the start of the class will be granted. Cancellations can't be made after that 2 hour cutoff. Sorry no refunds for missing a booked session or class.
BEGINNERS 6 WEEK COURSE
Do I need to bring anything? No, we have all the equipment, including mats, at the studio.
What do I wear? Wear comfortable clothing that you can freely move in.
I am pregnant. Is this course suitable for me? The Beginners Course is NOT suitable for students who are pregnant. We do not offer Pre-natal classes at the studio.
Can I join once a course has already started? Yes, you can. Please email the studio and we can guide you as to what is available.
How do I book? Our courses run regularly throughout the year. Please email us to enquire and we would be delighted to help you get started!
After the Course is over? Once you have completed the Course you may be ready to progress to our Beginner, General and restorative classes. Many students may find repeating the Course once (or maybe more times) is beneficial as they become more comfortable and able in the foundation poses
